North Star Slab Roller:

Item #550: 24" Standard Slab pkg.  Retail: $899.95

Item #551: 30" Standard Slab pkg.  Retail: $995.95

The Standard Series Slab Roller are manufactured in 24" and 30' draw width (the width of the rollers) which are mounted in the center of the 4' table. The slab roller itself is sturdy, professional , and requires most no maintenance, yet it is safe enough for even elementary classrooms. Two driven rollers 2-1/2" in diameter by 24" and 30" long are linked by nylon gears. Clay is sandwiched between canvas, then cranked into the machine. Knurled rolls grips the canvas and the clay pulls through easily. It is the most versatile slab roller available featuring an infinite thickness adjustment with no shims or boards. Simply crank the thickness dial up or down to make adjustments. This machine accepts texture  materials such as leaves and rope.
