North Star extruder models features a 4" square stainless steel barrel that is tapered at the
top for easy loading. The standard extruder model are identical in shape, size, and capacity,
and will accommodate any of North star's large selection of standard extruder dies.
Every standard extruder model comes with North Star's basic die kit, which includes:

The Ceramic Supply 4" Wall mount Extruder is engineered for heavy - duty studio
or classroom use yet it is economically priced for everyone's budget. The
stainless steel barrel provides important versatility allowing work with
porcelain as well as other clays. The top of the barrel is angled for easy
loading. Holds approximately 7 lbs of clay. Designed with an extra
long handle for easy strong leverage. All dies are produced from 1/2"
thick wear resistant plastic that is totally non contaminating. Additional
die sets are available including hollow dies. Individual dies can also be
ordered.
